FIRST REGISTRARS SAFETY & SERVICE UPDATE
I am writing this to you not just in my capacity as the Managing Director/CEO of First Registrars but as a concerned citizen of this our dear nation who truly values humanity and the world we share with everyone.
It is no news that the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic is on the increase in Nigeria and the globe as a whole with more than 17,000 deaths recorded so far according to the reports by the covid19stats.live
We understand that this is indeed an exceptionally anxious and uncertain time for everyone of us. Hence, it has become extremely important and expedient that we work together to minimize the spread of the virus and to support each other in every way possible.
Some of the steps we have adopted at First Registrars include:
Practice of Social Distancing across all our offices – We have taken the inevitable step to shut down all our offices (Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan and Port Harcourt) at this point in time to all walk-in customers (clients, shareholders, stockbrokers, vendors etc.) with a view to help minimize the spread of the virus. This will take effect from Thursday, 26th of March, 2020 until further notice.
Avoidance of Physical Interactions – We also encourage all our stakeholders to avoid physical contacts/interactions as much as possible. Exchange of physical documents (hand to hand) etc. should be restricted as much as possible.
Nonetheless, we will continue to provide our services remotely albeit skeletally. This may further cascade into delays in some of our expected deliverables.
All our digital channels (Online-Access, *5075# USSD Service, First Registrars Mobile App, Call Centre etc.) will be available at this period. You may visit www.firstregistrarsnigeria.com or call us on 012701078 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
You may also follow us on our social media handles (Facebook/LinkedIn: First Registrars and Investor Services Ltd; Twitter/Instagram: First Registrars) to know more about our digital channels.
Please, do accept our very sincere apologies for the inconveniences this may cause.
Thank you for joining us to put an end to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
We do hope that you will stay safe and healthy amidst the chaos created by COVID-19 crisis. Health is wealth.
First Registrars truly cares.
