Yekini Olalekan Kolade is a Business Education Graduate
of the Lagos State University (B.ED),an associate member
of Institute of Capital Market Registrar,member of Chartered institute
of Bankers, and
Nigerian Institute of Management.
Yekini joined the services of the Registrars Department
of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc in 1982. He left in 1992 to
join the Legal/Company Secretary Department of Lever Brothers
Nigeria Plc as Assistant Registrar and became the Registrar
of the in-house Registrar’s Unit in 1996. In July
1999, Yekini rejoined the Registrar’s Department of
Union Bank from where he left for First Registrars Nigeria
Limited in 2000.
Yekini, an experience Registrar has been involved in
the succesful completion of. Guinness Nig. Plc A & B
Debentures (1983 & 1985), Cadbury Nig. Plc Rights Issue
(1983 & 1985), Nestle Nig. Plc Rights Offer (1990/1991),
African Petroleum Offer for Sale (1989/1990), Pfizer Products
Ltd (1992), OANDO PLC BPE & Loan Stock Offers (2000)
etc.
He attended many local and International Courses/Seminar
including the NSE / ICS on corporate Governance and Nigeria
Stock Exchange Investment Roll Show in London in 2004.
He is married with children
