As part of our efforts towards bringing our services to the grassroots, most especially for retired or elderly shareholders and to broaden the scope and reach of the Capital Market, we introduced and successfully pioneered the first “SHAREHOLDERS' FORUM” in the country on zonal basis.

After the maiden forum at Port Harcourt, we have also organized others at Kano, Kaduna, Enugu, Ibadan and Jos. Resident Shareholders of each of the zone visited (usually for two days), were able to collect their returned unclaimed dividend warrants and share certificates directly. It also afforded us the opportunity to attend to other enquiries on the spot.

In addition, enlightenment campaigns/lectures were organized for better understanding of issues/problems associated with Shareholdings in particular and the Nigerian Capital Market in general. To this end, our Regulatory Authorities – Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) gave us a letter of commendation.
