Consequent upon the re-structuring in
First Bank of Nigeria Plc and in order to give the best Registrar’s
Services ever in the industry, the Registrar’s Unit of the
Bank was incorporated as “FIRST REGISTRARS NIGERIA
LIMITED” (FRNL) in May, 1999. This is a wholly owned
subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Plc. Prior to the incorporation,
we operated as a unit, offering Share Register Administration
Service for well over 30 years to State Government and Corporate
Bodies. |

board under the chairmanship of Mr. Oyekanmi Hassan–Odukale,
Managing Director/Chief Executive of Leadway Assurance Company
Limited. He is also on the board of First Bank of Nigeria PLC,
ECONET Wireless Nig. Ltd. and Sheraton Hotels & Towers among
others. The management team led by Mr. Bayo Olugbemi
consists of highly experienced professionals with a

agents and Stockbrokers;
Prompt capturing of data from receiving
agents and preparation of allotment returns;

On approval of the offer by Secruties and
Exchange Commission, we ensure timely preparation and
dispatch of Return Monies as well as share certificates
to successful applicants.

Creating considerable goodwill between shareholders/bondholders
and the Client through prompt handling of queries/complaints
on dividends, certificates, change of names/addresses,
bank mandate, amalgamation of share certificates, consolidation
of accounts and probate/letters of administration in respect
of the estate of deceased shareholders;

Rendering timely returns/information to
the Nigerian Stock Exchange and The Securities & Exchange
Commission for dissemination to Stockbrokers and Shareholders
alike.

At your request, we can give you access
to our database to enable you monitor movements on your
shareholders/bondholders register of members.

IN THE CASE OF PUBLIC ISSUES:

We will negotiate with courier companies
with a view to getting the best rate for the distribution
of the issue documents and ensure widespread distribution
of same;

Receive returns from all approved agents
to the issue and thereafter, produce requisite reports
for preparation of allotment proposals to SEC and other
relevant authorities by the Issuing House to the offer;

All other activities necessary to achieve
your objectives as may be directed or deemed necessary.
