Consequent upon the re-structuring in First Bank of Nigeria Plc and in order to give the best Registrar’s Services ever in the industry, the Registrar’s Unit of the Bank was incorporated as "FIRST REGISTRARS NIGERIA LIMITED" (FRNL) in May, 1999. This is a wholly owned subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Plc. Prior to the incorporation, The company operated as a unit, offering Share Register Administration service for well over 30 years to State Government and Corporate Bodies. 

FIRST REGISTRARS NIGERIA LIMITED has an astute board under the chairmanship of Mr. Oyekanmi Hassan–Odukale, Managing Director/Chief Executive of Leadway Assurance Company Limited. He is also on the board of First Bank of Nigeria PLC, ECONET Wireless Nig. Ltd. and Sheraton Hotels & Towers among others.

Also the management team led by Mr. Bayo Olugbemi consists of highly experienced professionals with a well-endowed, dedicated and highly motivated work force.
