Bunmi Oguntoye is a graduate of Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University. He is an Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). He is the Head, Operations Division

He started his career with Guardian Press Ltd as Senior Accounts Supervisor in 1991 and left in 1993 to join Atiba Iyalamu Savings and Loans Ltd as Banking Officer where he rose to Branch Deputy Manager in 2007 before his appointment in Trade bank Plc to set up the Registrars Unit of the Bank. He left Trade Bank Plc in 2006 in Post Bank recapitalization era to join Meristem Registrars Ltd as Registrars/CEO till 2009. Bunmi worked briefly in 2009 as Senior Manager with Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) before taking appointment in First Registrars Nigeria Ltd in the same year.
