Frank Daria holds a bachelor degree of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Ambrose Alli University.He is also an Associate of both the Chartered Institute
of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN),the institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) and the Nigerian Institute
of Management and a member of the Chartered Institute
of Stockbrokers.
He began his banking career with the International Banking
Division of First Bank of Nigeria Plc in 1980 and served
in various capacities before he was transferred to the former
Registrars Department in 1991.
Frank has been involved with the successful completion of
such Public/Rights Offers as Oando Plc (1991 & 2001),
First Bank of Nigeria Plc (1994, 1996 & 1997), Longman
Nig. Ltd (1996) and CFAO Redeemable Debenture.
He is married with children.
