Frank Daria holds a Bachelor degree of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Ambrose Alli University.He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN),the institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) and the Nigerian Institute of Management and a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers(CIS).

Having had his share of Banking experience with First Bank, Frank joined the services of First Registrars in 2000 and has been involved with the successful completion of such public offerings as Zenith Bank Offer, Diamond Bank offer, Bank PHB offer, ETI Transnational Accra, First Bank 2007 among others.

He has attended many leadership, Managerial and Professional Training Programmed locally and overseas

He is happily married with children.
