Amidu Akinyemi is an Associate of both the Chartered Institute
of Taxation of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria.
He began his accounting career with Rimms Securities Limited
in 1987 as the Head,Accounts & Operation.In 1999 he
was the Deputy Manager,Finance & Accounts of Chimimex
Nigeria Limited.In 2000 he became the Investment Manager
of Lighthouse Trustee.He became the Group Manager ,Finance
& Admin of Tripod Holding Limited in 2002.
Akinyemi joined First Registrar in 2004. Akinyemi has been
involved with the successful completion of such Public/Rights
Offers as Zenith Bank Plc,Oceanic Bank Plc, Vono Products
Plc (2005),Oando Plc (2004).Cornerstone Insurance Plc (
2002) and Investment Banking and Trust Company Private Placement
(2005).
